Mindset is KEY
First you have to kill the unbelief that you can’t do it.
Do you believe you can lose weight?
What is your heart desires?
God said according to Matthew 7:7
Ask and it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you.

In the African American household comfort food was established.
Do you seek food for comfort? Maybe when you’re bored? Have you made food a god in your life?
Exodus 20:3 God declared there shall be no other gods before me.
How to Lose weight?
1. Change your mindset: understand it took however many years to gain the weight… There is no quick fad gimmick or diet that’s going to help you lose weight in a healthy way and maintain it.
2. Make a plan: God said to right the vision and make it plain – Habakkuk 2:2. Write out what you desire to lose, how you’re going to do it and stick to it. (Ask for help if you need it).
3. Just do it ! 80% Nutrition, 20% exercise and 100% mindset!
4. Meal prep: Vegetables, fruits, protein and healthy carbs. Don’t focus on what you can’t have, focus on what you can & what your body needs. The body is a living organism, stop feeding it dead food.
5. Consistency! Mastery creates repetition & repetition manifest results.
Stick to the plan, give yourself time, know that the new habits you are creating will get you where you desire. The body you have today is going to get you to the body you desire. Love yourself and be kind to yourself .
Don’t allow the devil to continue biowarfare through our food that’s bioengineered in labs to kill us.
